Why Bachata Glow?
Bachata Glow was born from the desire to create a space where women can reconnect with themselves.
Our event is created from the heart for women who wish to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, their feminine side, and their feminine energy. It is for dancers who want to express themselves and move authentically and naturally—both on the dance floor and in everyday life.
Bachata Glow - Lady's Day
Bachata Glow is a space for women who want to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their femininity - and who wish to express themselves more freely, whether in their daily lives or on the dance floor.
On this day, we blend embodiment practices, body awareness, and Bachata into a shared experience. We consciously take the time to tune into our bodies, rebuild trust in them, and connect with our inner selves. After all, we believe that true expression doesn't start with technique, but rather when we are connected to ourselves.
That is exactly what we designed this event for: Bachata Glow - a mini-retreat dedicated to you and your well-being! It is a day where YOU take center stage, giving yourself the time to reconnect with your sensations, become more aware of your body, and fully embrace your femininity.

September 26, 2026 – Bailando Party in Heidelberg
A wonderful opportunity to put what you’ve learned into practice right on the dance floor and wind down the day together.
In the evening, you have the chance to join us for a Bachata party in Heidelberg. Theresa will be teaching a Bachata workshop there before we enjoy the rest of the evening dancing together.
Participation is optional.
